Refund & Cancellation Policy

nXus is sold as a SaaS subscription for production access. This policy explains how cancellations and refund requests are handled.

Cancellation

Customers can cancel an active subscription through the billing portal linked from the dashboard after login. The billing portal is the self-service path for updating payment methods, reviewing invoices, and ending a subscription.

If you cannot access the billing portal, contact support@nx-us.net from the email associated with your account and include your tenant name.

Renewal Behavior

Unless cancelled before the next renewal date, subscriptions renew automatically according to the billing interval selected at checkout. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not retroactively reverse charges already incurred for the current billing period.

Refunds

Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where nXus approves a refund in writing. Requests are reviewed case by case for duplicate charges, billing errors, or documented service issues that prevented initial activation.
